Normally, Condominium policies do not include among their benefits mitigation measures to cover deductibles and/or spills applicable in case of Fire, Hurricane and Earthquake. These deductibles range from 2% to 5% of the cost of the complex. With our alliances, the Condominium Association can have a policy for the main structure and common areas, while apartment owners can purchase the insurance that best suits their needs without affecting or depending on their neighbors. Likewise, at the time of loss, each apartment owner will claim for damages and receive a direct check from the insurance company without having to wait for a master policy claim from the board.
